Created with clear inspiration from the Venetian Carnival at the time of the Italian author Casanova these unique vintage sunglasses are out of this world. The Fc10 model was created in 1985 and is sometimes referred to as the "noseguard" with a prominent bridge feature, reminiscent to the Venetian masks. Manufactured in Italy, Casanova frames are of the highest quality, and rank high in the world of collectors. This particular frame is truly captivating. The gold metal frame houses beautiful gold mirrored lenses which have UV400 protection. The temples are high set and modest, so as not to detract from the stunning bridge detail. The top front left side features the Casanova motif and signature. A rare frame for the super stylish, new old stock in excellent condition.
